Our patient coordinators handle all scheduling, insurance verification, and billing questions. You can reach the front desk directly at (301) 421-1002 during office hours, and they'll be happy to help with appointments, payment plans, or insurance benefit questions.

When you check in, one of our patient coordinators will confirm your information, review any updates to your medical history, and let you know if there's a short wait. A dental assistant or hygienist will then bring you back, explain what to expect during your visit, and make sure you're comfortable before treatment begins.

We do our best to keep continuity between visits, so you're often greeted by familiar faces. While scheduling can occasionally require a different assistant or coordinator, every member of our team is trained to the same standard of care, so you'll always receive the same attentive experience.

Our hygienists and assistants are experienced in working with anxious patients and children. They take time to explain each step before it happens, answer questions along the way, and adjust their pace to keep you comfortable. Let your coordinator know ahead of time if you'd like extra reassurance, and we'll make a note for your visit.
